The Frame Highlights Dashboard for 7, 15, and 30 Days
The dashboard shows tasks, completion, assets, reuse, and both adoption rates for the last 7, 15, or 30 days. A rate on screen is a snapshot of the current workspace, not a universal score.
Ranges of 7, 15, and 30 days
The Frame Highlights dashboard reviews three ranges: 近 7 天, 近 15 天, and 近 30 天. Navigation and the workbench shortcut both call it 数据大屏. The product page is https://ajuno.xibalans.com/image-video-processing/ . Changing the range changes how many days the screen covers, so the same card can differ between 7 days and 30 days. The difference is the window, not a silent change of product rules. Numbers inside the window are a snapshot of the current workspace. They are not a standard for every team, and they do not convert into views or payments.
The dashboard is task and data review, the sixth capability on the landing page. It does not upload videos, confirm templates, or accept clips one by one. Those actions stay on the upload page, the task detail, and the workbench. The dashboard places tasks, completion, assets, and adoption into the selected number of days so the team can look back.
Pick the window before reading a card aloud in a meeting. A seven-day adoption rate and a thirty-day adoption rate answer different questions even when the label is the same. Neither answer is a promise that the next window will match. If the workspace gains tasks tomorrow, the snapshot moves. The product does not freeze a sample from one afternoon into a universal KPI.
What each of the six cards means
There are six cards: 任务总数, 已完成, 素材总数, 复用率, 精彩采纳率, and 封面采纳率. The task total is how many tasks fall in the selected range. Completed is how many of them are completed. The asset total here is asset scale for that same range. The workbench also has 素材总数, but the workbench does not switch among these three day ranges. 复用率 describes reuse of assets. 精彩采纳率 is clip adoption. 封面采纳率 is cover adoption.
None of the six is defined as an industry benchmark. A percentage or a count seen on one visit only describes this workspace and this day range, as a snapshot. Do not write a single sample down as the result every MCN team will get, and do not read it as watch counts. A failed task is not pulled into the completed card just because a card is named 已完成. The status chart lists failures separately.
Reuse rate in particular should stay attached to its label. It does not say that a saved cover was posted, and it does not say that a highlight was paid for. Highlight adoption and cover adoption stay apart because clips are accepted or rejected, while covers are selected or unselected per ratio. A movement in one card does not automatically explain the other.
The trend chart has three counts
The 处理趋势 chart has three series: 任务完成, 片段产出, and 素材新增. Task completion is how many tasks finished. Clip output is how many clips were produced. New assets are how many assets were added. The three can appear on one chart so the team can see that finishing a task, producing a clip, and writing into the library are not the same event. They are not three names for one line.
Clip output is not the same as a clip being accepted. 待确认片段 can still sit on the workbench, waiting to be accepted or rejected one by one. New assets follow the same settling path as 保存为素材 and batch save by task on the task detail. The trend chart does not publish those clips, and a taller day does not promise that every later day will be taller. The height of that day belongs to this snapshot of the current workspace.
Read a spike by asking which series moved. A day can finish many tasks and add few assets if the team has not saved yet. A day can add assets without a matching jump in completed tasks if saves land on work that finished earlier. The chart is there so those differences stay visible. It is not a schedule of posts, and it is not a billing chart.
Task status is four states
任务状态分布 is 排队中, 分析中, 已完成, and 失败. Queued means still in the queue. It can be read next to the header's queue count, but the header is the queue snapshot right now, while the chart is the mix of statuses across the selected days. Analyzing means the run is in progress. Completed means this analysis finished. Failed means it did not finish. After completion, recommended clips can still be pending, and covers can still be unselected.
None of the four states means "published to an external platform." The Frame Highlights flow stops at review and settling assets. Failed is not a failed payment, because there is no payment step here. Queued is not a scheduled broadcast. To see parameter and segment differences between two completed same-source tasks, use /tasks/compare?a=&b= or ?ids= , and at least two tasks are required.
The header can show 系统运行正常 with the queue count and the running count while the dashboard shows a thirty-day mix. Those header numbers are still this moment. The status chart is the selected range. Do not add them together into a single backlog promise. A failed slice on the chart means those runs did not complete. It does not retry them by itself, and it does not post a partial result.
Top tags and the asset mix
热门标签 is a Top 15 list of tags that show up more often in the selected days. It is fifteen tags after sorting. It is not a media plan, and it does not guarantee that the first tag will receive more views. 资产构成 is split into 精彩片段, 封面, and 素材, the mix of those settled results on the chart. The chart, recent assets on the workbench, and the library page of 24 rows are different views. The chart shows composition. The library shows files and collections.
Together, the trend, the status mix, the tags, and the composition let an MCN team review whether analysis finished, whether clips and assets increased, and how clip adoption and cover adoption each look over 7, 15, or 30 days. After that review, pending clips still have to be handled on the task, or the library still has to be organized by 启用, 归档, and 合集. The dashboard does not replace accept, reject, and save.
Top 15 is a cap on the tag list, not a ranking of channels outside the workspace. Asset composition uses the three labels the chart actually has. It should not be stretched into a claim about subtitle files versus full videos unless the chart's own labels say so. Subtitle files and full videos are part of what the library keeps. The composition chart's labels remain 精彩片段, 封面, and 素材.
Can the adoption rate on screen be treated as an industry standard?
No. 精彩采纳率 and 封面采纳率 are a snapshot of the current workspace for the selected days. They are not a shared standard for every team, and they are not view counts.
Does switching the day range change a product promise?
No. 近 7 天, 近 15 天, and 近 30 天 only change the review window. Frame Highlights still does not publish to external platforms, and the numbers in the window are not a payment or a watch-count promise.
