The Frame Highlights Library for Clips, Covers, and Subtitles

The asset library browses all, image, video, and subtitle items and keeps videos, clips, covers, and subtitle files. Filter by collection, 24 rows a page, with enabled or archived status.

Category tabs and finer types

The Frame Highlights asset library keeps full videos, highlight clips, cover images, and subtitle files. Both the navigation and the workbench shortcut call it 素材资产库. The product page is https://ajuno.xibalans.com/image-video-processing/ . Categories are 全部, 图片, 视频, and 字幕. Finer types are cover, video, segment, and subtitle. 全部 is the unfiltered tab. 图片, 视频, and 字幕 narrow the browse. Among the finer types, cover is a cover, video is a video, segment is a clip, and subtitle is a subtitle file.

The library is where results settle after review. It is not the upload page. Upload still requires a confirmed template before files can be chosen. Recommendations from analysis are accepted or rejected first, and covers are selected or unselected per ratio, before saving into the library is the question. Browsing the library does not change a publish state on an outside platform, because Frame Highlights does not do that step.

A producer looking for a vertical cover uses the cover type rather than assuming every image-shaped file is a clip. A producer looking for a kept highlight uses segment. A full source video uses video. Subtitle files use subtitle. The tabs 图片, 视频, and 字幕 are the browse groups. The four finer types are the more specific names. Using both lists as they are written avoids merging a cover with a clip.

Enabled and archived are statuses inside the library

Each asset is 启用 or 归档. Enabled means it stays in the set currently in use. Archived means it has been put away and is not mixed into the same in-use view as enabled assets. Both statuses organize the workspace. Archive is not another word for publishing, and it is not a refund or a settlement. The page does not define archive as taking a post offline, because assets are not published to external platforms from here.

Status can be used with a category. For example, look at enabled rows in the video category, or archived rows in the subtitle category. The finer types remain cover, video, segment, and subtitle. Do not read 启用 as "this already has views," and do not read 归档 as "review rejected this." Reject happens on a recommended clip. Archive happens on an asset that has already entered the library. The two vocabularies should not be mixed.

Archiving a cover does not reject a clip on the source task, and rejecting a recommendation does not archive a file that was never saved. If the team needs an asset out of the active view, archive is the library status for that. If the team needs a recommendation dropped, reject is the review action on the task. The workbench pending count follows recommendations, not the archive status of saved files.

Save from the task detail, or batch save by task

The task detail action is 保存为素材. Saving can also be batched by task. Save writes results from the task into the asset library, so a full video, a highlight clip, a cover image, or a subtitle file can be found again as an asset. Batch save is by task. It fits a run that has several results worth keeping. It is not a control that turns every pending clip on the whole workbench into an asset at once.

A pending clip is not a substitute for this save. Accept or reject handles the recommendation. Save as an asset handles the library. A cover's 已选定 or 已取消 is decided on the task first, and then a saved cover image can enter the library. A task result that was never saved does not become a library row just because the task appears in the latest five recent tasks.

The latest five are a workbench convenience. The library page, at 24 rows, is the catalog. A clip accepted in the last hour may be in recent tasks and still absent from the library until 保存为素材 or the batch save by task is used. Checking recent assets after the save is the way to see that the write succeeded. The pending prompt does not perform that write.

Filter by collection, 24 rows on a page

The library can be filtered by 合集 so assets in the same collection are listed together. The page size is 24. Further results continue by pages of that size, rather than drawing the entire library in one endless scroll. A collection is a filter, not an external channel, and it does not publish those 24 rows.

Recent assets on the workbench show what is new. 素材总数 shows a count. Both point at the same library, but recent assets are not the full catalog. Full browsing still opens 素材资产库 and narrows with 全部, 图片, 视频, 字幕, and a collection. If the asset total is a specific number on one visit, it is a snapshot of the current workspace. Another round of saves or archives will change it. It should not be written down as a fixed size of the product.

A collection filter does not change file type. A 合集 can still contain cover, video, segment, and subtitle rows, subject to the category tab in front of it. The page size stays 24 either way. Filtering is how a team avoids scanning every enabled asset when they already know the collection name. It is not a delivery list for an outside platform.

What the library holds is already settled

The landing page says the library settles full videos, highlight clips, cover images, and subtitle files. The dashboard's asset mix is 精彩片段, 封面, and 素材, shown for 近 7 天, 近 15 天, or 近 30 天. The mix chart is a review. The library is where the files are. The 复用率 card is also on the dashboard. It describes reuse. It does not describe views, and it does not turn one sample rate into a universal value.

For an MCN team, the library is the team asset after review. Enabled covers, clips, videos, and subtitles can be found again. Archived ones can be kept apart. What happens after they are found, on a channel outside this workspace, is not done in Frame Highlights. The upload formats avi, mkv, mov, and mp4, and the 2048 MB limit per file, constrain files that enter analysis. They are not a publishing capacity of the library.

Shortcuts on the workbench include 素材资产库 so this page is one click from the home view. The dashboard can then show how asset totals and reuse look over seven, fifteen, or thirty days. Those cards stay descriptive of the current workspace. They do not move a saved subtitle, cover, or clip onto an external platform, and they do not attach a payment to the save action.

Do subtitle files appear in the asset library?

Yes. The library keeps subtitle files. The category list includes 字幕, and the finer types include subtitle.

Does save as an asset mean the file was published?

No. 保存为素材 only keeps the result in the asset library. Frame Highlights does not publish to external platforms.
